Lewis Bernard Miller (1925-circa 2023) was born on January 5, 1925, in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Forest Park High School before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps in 1952. He completed basic training at Camp Lejeune and served as a sergeant aboard the USS Carter. During his service, Miller traveled extensively, visiting Italy, Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Greece, the Vatican, France, and the Dominican Republic.

After completing his military service in 1957, Miller pursued higher education at Morgan State University. In 1962, he graduated with a degree in Philosophy. His academic achievements reflected a commitment to intellectual growth following his years of military service.

Miller’s life was shaped by both his military and academic experiences. His time in the Marine Corps provided him with opportunities for international travel and leadership, while his studies at Morgan State University demonstrated his dedication to higher learning. His later life and date of death remain unknown.
