Scope and Contents note
Series IV, CDR Publications and Press, documents the books, pamphlets, newsletters, and other literature produced by the organization. The "Activist Update" and "Weekly Update" were communications about current hate crime activities and groups. Other literature were analyses of specific groups and/or people. One of the most requested and purchased publications was "When Hate Comes to Town," which went through four editions and provided strategies for communities to address and minimize hate activity. Also included are news and press releases, staff-written articles, and material about CDR's public relations and media work. Also included are non-CDR books and publications.
